Topcare Topcare is the most extensive option with a preventive care approach. This option provides for unlimited hospitalisation cover and protocol treatments such as advanced dentistry, radiology, pathology, hearing aids as well as international travel cover. Topcare also includes an individual savings account equal to 20% of total annual contributions.

Bonus Plus This option caters for the large families with a holistic approach in terms of benefits. Granting of day to day benefits is subject to an overall annual limit of R6 000 (single member) or R12 000 (family) and service specific sub-limits as indicated in this benefit summary.

Millennium Comprehensive Members can enjoy the luxury of unlimited hospitalisation benefits as well as life sustaining medicine cover, with an individual savings account equal to 20% of total contribution. This option also provides for above threshold benefits after the annual threshold has been reached.

Millennium Standard Millennium Standard offers unlimited hospitalisation, benefits for formulary medicine, optical and dental benefits and an individual medical savings account equal to 15% of total contributions.

Millennium Basic An inexpensive, basic hospital option with a limited savings account equal to 10% of total contribution.

Blueprint This option is a capitation product with benefits granted for hospital expenses and unlimited primary healthcare received from the chosen network provider. Network providers are either CareCross or Prime Cure.
