Bestmed is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and professional conduct. As part of this commitment, we have partnered with Advance Call to establish a confidential and secure Bestmed Ethics and Fraud Hotline. Should you be aware of any unlawful, unethical or irregular conduct of Bestmed employees, service providers or even Bestmed members, we encourage you to report it through our confidential, independent and secure Bestmed Ethics and Fraud Hotline.

What can be disclosed?

You are encouraged to disclose any incidents or behaviours that you suspect may be unlawful, unethical or irregular. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud (forgery, falsification of documents / claims, identity theft, misrepresentation)
  • Corruption (any form of bribery, third-party collusion, contract and procurement irregularities)
  • Theft (unlawful and intentional removal of company property with the intention to permanently deprive the company of the benefit thereof)
  • Misconduct (harassment, any form of discrimination, intimidation, abuse / misuse of company property, time and attendance abuse, abuse of authority)
  • Unethical Behaviour (favouritism, nepotism, conflicts of interest)

How to disclose

The Ethics and Fraud Hotline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in all 11 official languages during office hours (08:00-17:00) and in English and at least one other language after hours.
