In 2024, Bestmed is hosting a series of informative Tempo Wellness Webinars that cover a series of topics, all under the theme of “how to live a resilient life”.

Our last Tempo Wellness Webinar, called “Bounce back to living,” hosted by Traci Kretzschmar, focused on some of the post-pandemic phenomena that have resulted from lockdown, how it’s affected our resilience and how to ‘bounce back’ to living.

There has been a global shift in awareness about resilience since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Importantly, we need to consider how we can reprogramme our thoughts and behaviours to let go of a ‘lockdown living’ mindset and continue to build resilience.

The Tempo Wellness Webinar also took a look at:

  • hoarding.
  • the fear of missing out (FOMO).
  • how surrounding yourself with like-minded people can limit your resilience.
  • the effects of low resilience.
  • the first three steps to become a resilient person.
