It has taken South Africa more than three months to reach the 1 million mark but the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines is now picking up pace. In early June, it was reported that out of the 40 million people targeted for the country to reach herd immunity, 1.2% had been fully vaccinated by 1 June. At the time, KwaZulu-Natal was leading the charge, with at least 2.3% of the province’s population having received at least one dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine. On the other end of the scale, Mpumalanga had only managed to administer doses to 0.8% of its population.

With regard to general COVID information and tips, we have created electronic posters that can printed and shared with you to use in and around your work buildings for the benefit of your clients and colleagues. If you are interested in having these sent to you, please liaise with your Business Consultant.

We also received important information from Dis-Chem regarding their vaccination process and distributed it to members.  Please read it here.
