How long have you been at Bestmed?

I started working at Bestmed on 3 May 2017.

What encouraged you to join Bestmed?

I was first introduced to the Scheme in the year 2011 at a Bestmed sponsored race held in my community. Thereafter, I got more exposure to the amazing scheme during my student days at UP. Bestmed is a reputable organisation with a great reputation, amazing products and excellent service delivery, and is generally known for taking good care of all employees by promoting both corporate and academic growth.

What is the best thing about your job?

I love how I am allowed to step outside of my comfort zone and take on new challenges within business. Before the pandemic, I was appreciative of the fact that I was able to interact with our valued advisors upon a visit to the office.

I am also grateful of the fact that the organisation offers bursaries for academic growth.

I am a very collaborative person and simply love being part of the winning team.

Give us a short bio about your career history.

I started working at Bestmed in 2017 as the Distribution and Marketing Receptionist and I am now part of the Distribution Support Team.

 Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

I am currently taking an online Spanish course with the hope to visit Spain in 2022.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy scrapbooking, reading historical fiction and binge-watching crime documentaries.

What is part of your daily routine that you look forward to every day?

My son and I’s 10-minute cuddle session every morning before getting ready to start the day.
