It is important that Bestmed always has your most up-to-date contact information so that we can communicate all your benefits and other important Scheme information to you in a timely manner. Please make sure that you inform Bestmed whenever any of your cell-phone numbers, postal address and email address have changed to ensure that we always have your most recent details.

You can inform us of any changes in your contact details by updating your details on your Bestmed Member APP (Available for Android on the Google Play Store and for iOS on the Apple App Store), logging onto our member portal on our website, calling our contact centre on 086 000 2378 or emailing us at membership@bestmed.co.za.
