Important Information:

Do I need to make an appointment/booking?

• Yes, you can book an appointment, but you are most welcome to attend the event at any time throughout the day and have your Health Assessment (HA) done.
• You can call 087 357 4775 and confirm whether you want to book for the HA or individual journeys (assessments with a dietician or a biokineticist), or both.

What services are available on the day?

• Health Assessments - This service will be available for members and beneficiaries who have not yet done their HAs in 2022. The HA consists of a lifestyle questionnaire that you must complete followed by a biometric screening which will be done by one of our qualified nurses. We will also have a Tempo dietician and Tempo biokineticist attending on the day to tell you more about your individual journeys.

• First consultations of your individual journeys: Fitness and Nutrition - This service will be available to members who have done already completed their HAs in 2022. You can book your appointment with our Tempo dietician and biokineticist on this day and start your individual journey. As mentioned, both providers will be available at the venue on the day.

Once you (or any beneficiary 16 years and older) have done your HA, the following benefits will be unlocked for you and your family:

• Three consultations with a dietician - Assisting with personal goals and a meal plan and follow up consultations.
• Three consultations with a biokineticist - Assists with personal goals, fitness assessment and exercise plan and, the follow up consultations.
• If you start with your individual journeys, you will receive your starter pack from the biokineticist and dietician.
