Are you looking for an easy way to eat more fruit? Taunt your taste buds and get that energy boost you need to start your day! This easy recipe will definitely hit the spot. This smoothie packs a whole lot of smooth, creamy goodness and health benefits in it.


  • 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
  • Hand full of fresh strawberries 
  • 2 kiwis
  • Half a cup of ice

Tip: If you want to sweeten your smoothie a little, add a banana, apple, or a teaspoon of honey. 


  1. Rinse all your fruit before blending. 
  2. Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices or halves. 
  3. Cut the stems off the strawberries and cut them in halves. 
  4. Add the fruit to the blender jar, add your 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and then add the ice on top.
  5. Blend until smooth. 
  6. Pour your smoothie into a glass and mmm – enjoy it!

Drink your smoothie quickly because it will start to separate. If it does separate, just give your smoothie a little stir and continue to enjoy!
