We understand the importance of real-time, face-to-face engagements with our members, which is why we are happy to invite you to our first Tempo activation and to the first member engagement for 2023, in Nelspruit.
We have organised an eventful two days of activities to make provision for Tempo-related activities (wellness-related activities), escalated query resolution or appointments to resolve escalated queries and a member meeting. You are welcome to take part in all three activities, or only the evening meeting. The choice is yours.
The events will be attended and facilitated by the Bestmed Executive team and the Tempo Wellness team, who are eager to engage with you again.
This is the perfect time to kickstart your health journey with your medical scheme of choice!
During the Tempo events, a variety of services will be available for beneficiaries 16 and older:

Senior consultants from the Scheme will be available on both days during the same time as the Tempo activities to assist you with escalated queries.
You are welcome to schedule a meeting with them should you have a personal question and do not want to ask it during the member meeting. To ensure that we prepare for your questions, please book your appointment by sending an email to courtesy@bestmed.co.za and provide your membership number and the topic of your query.
This will allow us to assign you to the relevant senior consultant or departmental manager.
We will conclude the day’s activities with a member meeting facilitated by the Bestmed Executive team. The key purpose of the evening’s event is to listen to your feedback about your experience of our service, processes and procedures so that we can address those concerns to improve our service delivery to you.
