One of our main objectives for 2020 were to retain existing members via our Personally Yours member service, and to attract new members by offering a competitive product range that would satisfy the diverse healthcare needs of a broad spectrum of individuals and families. We were able to achieve these objectives and have been extremely satisfied with our members’ reception of our 2020 product enhancements.

Our 2021 Product Launch plans are on track and we will be hosting our virtual launch on Friday, 18 September 2020. We recently sent a Save the Date and we encourage you pencil us in what promises to be a positive introduction of our 2021 plans and product enhancements.
