During the Tempo events, a variety of services will be available for beneficiaries 16 and older:
Senior consultants from the Scheme will be available on both days during the same time as the Tempo activities to assist you with escalated queries.
You are welcome to schedule a meeting with them should you have a personal question and do not want to ask it during the member meeting. To ensure that we prepare for your questions, please book your appointment by sending an email to courtesy@bestmed.co.za and provide your membership number and the topic of your query. This will allow us to assign you to the relevant senior consultant or departmental manager.
We will conclude the day’s activities with a member meeting facilitated by the Bestmed Executive team. The key purpose of the evening’s event is to listen to your feedback about your experience of our service, processes and procedures so that we can address those concerns to improve our service delivery to you.
