We are excited to announce that the Bestmed KwaZulu-Natal office has officially been reopened.

The Scheme had implemented plans to relocate the offices, and we had hoped for a speedy and efficient resolution to the process. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we naturally shifted our immediate focus to more important issues. But, in the first quarter of 2021, we were finally able to resume our relocation efforts.

Members are welcome to visit us at our new offices located at:

For easy access to the offices, please make use of entrance five. Our friendly staff are ready to welcome you during our working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, and can also be contacted via telephone by calling 031 279 5420.

Members can visit our KwaZulu-Natal walk-in centre, our head office or other regional offices to:

• get duplicate membership cards printed.
• add dependants.
• remove dependants.
• submit claims.
• make general enquiries.

We cannot wait to offer you our Personally Yours service face to face once again. However, we must stress the importance of always following all COVID-19 safety protocol and request that all members and members of the public wear a mask while on to the premises. Sanitisation facilities will also be provided.
