The Tempo wellness programme is hitting goals alongside you in 2025. We're upping the pace, making Tempo’s Rhythm hard to Beat. Bestmed members will now get to enjoy a more seamless experience when accessing their Tempo benefits. All Tempo features and details on how to access benefits are now integrated into the Bestmed website. This means that members no longer need to log in to the separate Tempo portal.

Introducing the Tempo Lifestyle Screening

One of the biggest changes for 2025 is the renaming of the Tempo Health Assessment to the Tempo Lifestyle Screening. While the name is different, the process remains the same:

1. Complete the Tempo Lifestyle Screening form, available here
2. Visit any Tempo partner pharmacy, where an on-site nurse will conduct your biometric screening. This includes blood pressure, height, weight, glucose, and cholesterol checks.
3. The on-site nurse will upload your screening measurements to the Bestmed portal. You’ll receive an email and/or SMS once your results are available.
4. You’ve now unlocked your Tempo benefits! Once your screening is complete, you can access all the wellness benefits.

Your 2025 Tempo wellness benefits

After completing your Tempo Lifestyle Screening, you’ll have access to:

• Two (2) face-to-face consultations with a Tempo partner biokineticist for a physical wellness assessment and a personalised exercise plan.
• Two (2) face-to-face consultations with a Tempo partner dietitian for a nutritional assessment and a tailored eating plan.

All Tempo benefits are available to all Bestmed members aged 16 years and older. Each member is entitled to one Tempo Lifestyle Screening per year, valid from 1 January – 31 December.

App screening

Best of all, all Bestmed members now have the option to complete their Tempo Lifestyle Screening via the Bestmed App before heading to a Tempo partner pharmacy for their biometric screening. So, ditch the paperwork!

These exciting updates are just the start of an exciting new era for the Tempo wellness programme. We’re making it easier than ever for members to live the life they want.
