Bestmed is now the proud sponsor of SuperSport Let’s Play’s Family Fitness Mornings, a weekly on-air family fitness programme. The programme will premiere on Saturday, 11 September 2021, at 09:00 on SuperSport Variety 4 (channel 209) across all DStv bouquets.

Now in its second season, this weekly, Saturday morning show is aimed at families, encouraging them to join in exercise. The programme runs for 24 minutes and there will be 16 episodes.

Stacey Holland, a leading TV presenter and functional health, wellness and fitness expert, will present the physical exercise programme. Sports stars will join Holland every week for the duration of the season.
